TIL is a staffing service that works exclusively within the insurance industry.

In 1992 TempInsure Ltd. was established by Martha Lester-Mittenzwei to fill the temporary staffing needs of the insurance industry in the Madison area.

Our clients were so happy with the quality of our temporary employees, they decided to hire them permanently. In 1993, TempInsure, Ltd began providing "Direct-Hire" candidates to the insurance industry. Our clients soon came to rely on us to recruit and pre-screen for their direct-hire positions at all levels.

After numerous requests, in 1994 TempInsure Ltd. began providing employees to insurance agencies and companies in the Milwaukee area.

In 2000, to better meet the increasing demand for qualified "direct hire" employees, TIL Insurance Staffing Co. was formed. TIL Insurance Staffing Co. provides Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct-Hire employees exclusively to the insurance industry in Madison, Milwaukee and the Fox Valley area.

On October 31, 2008 TIL Insurance Staffing Co. was acquired by Celerity Staffing Solutions. The same great clients, candidates, and temporary employees under a new name- Celerity. Our web site is currently in transition.

Our History
Prior to starting TIL, Martha held positions in the insurance industry including Claims Adjuster, Customer Service Representative, Producer and Sales Manager. Martha earned her Associates Degree in Insurance from Madison Area Technical College, her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Communications from Concordia University, and her Masters in Business Administration, with a Risk Management and Insurance Emphasis, from Concordia University. In addition, she holds all four lines of intermediary licenses for the State of Wisconsin, has her Accredited Adviser in Insurance Designation and her Associate in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute and her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation from the Professional Insurance Agents.


Martha has a strong knowledge of the insurance industry and the skills necessary for employees in different positions within the industry. This knowledge assists her in matching the right candidate with the right opportunity.

Martha's career has taken an exciting new direction as she begins a new position as the Director of Education and Member Services with the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin on November 19, 2008.

Martha selected Celerity Staffing Solutions and Ryan Jones to continue the insurance staffing services that TIL established. Ryan has experience as a claims adjuster and also as a staffing specialist for a large insurance company.
